Innovative Capacity of Governments: A Systemic Framework, Septembre 2022

To assist governments in understanding and harnessing their innovative capacity, the Observartory of Public Sector Innovation developed the Innovative Capacity Framework. This practical and systemic Framework guides governments in leveraging innovation as an integral part of policymaking and administration and supports them to enhance their capacity to proactively adapt to the changing environment. Ultimately, the Framework helps governments steward their public administration systems to build more holistic, impactful and sustainable solutions and improve the lives of citizens.
